Résumé

This paper deals with an active true temperature field measurement method, called thermoreflectometry, without prior knowledge of emissivity. This method comprises simultaneous measurements, in the near infrared spectral band, of radiance temperature and reflectivity. From these measurements, the true temperature and the emissivity are calculated. This method is tested on a very complex scene in a context of radiative temperature measurement. The scene exhibits a strong spatial and spectral variation of emissivity and a slight thermal gradient. The scene is composed of two dielectric materials based on an Yttria stabilized Zirconia doped with two rare earths oxides (Erbium and Dysprosium oxides). On this scene, the method is compared to conventional passive monochromatic and bichromatic thermography. Experiments were then carried out to outline the accuracy of the method on this highly selective and radiatively heterogeneous scene.
