On calculation of dynamic regimes of a vibration activator of fine powders
Résumé
A model of a single ball motion in a vertically vibrating cylinder is proposed. The model is non-linear and takes into account impacts of the ball at the top and bottom end of the cylinder. The intensity of energy exchange at these impacts was calculated as a function of process parameters: the cylinder height, the amplitude and frequency of its vibration, and some others. It was shown the intensity is very sensitive to these parameters combination what has to be taken into account in vibration activators design and choosing their operating regimes.
