Résumé

During winter, road network can be hit by unusually weather conditions leading to a crisis situation. To solve this given situation, the crisis management unit has to ensure interoperability between all heterogeneous actors in order to give a response fitting with the current situation. To support the crisis management, an Information Decision Support System can be designed which has to ensure agility of the crisis response by detecting and anticipating future events. Given the different forecasts in terms of weather and traffic, the system might be able to anticipate the future situation in order to give a relevant and proactive response. This paper deals with the design of a system helping crisis management to understand the future situation given the on-going response and different predictions made. Methodology and technologies for developing such a system are exposed. This article is a result of a French funded project named SIMPeTra.
